国际教育学院关于做好寒假安全工作的通知

Winter Vacation Safety Instruction

各位同学Dear fellow students：

寒假即将开始，为保证同学们安全、稳定、愉快地度过假期生活，现将相关事宜及要求通知如下：

The winter vacation is coming, and the following related instructions are to ensure all of you can enjoy a safe and happy vacation.

一、放假时间 Vacation duration:

本科生：2015年1月19日—3月1日。

For Undergraduate: Jan.19^th-Mar.1^st, 2015

研究生：按导师要求执行。

For Postgraduate: According to the arrangement of the supervisor.

二、注册、报到和上课时间 Time of registration and the class starts:

本科生、在校研究生注册时间：2015年3月1日（星期日）。

Registration: Mar. 1^st, 2015(Sunday)

本科生、在校研究生正式上课时间：2015年3月2日（星期一）。

Class starts: Mar. 2^nd, 2015(Monday)

三、假期注意事项及相关要求 Related instructions:

1、假期交通客流较大、恰逢中国传统节日春节，请离校外出游玩的学生务必注意交通安全、饮食安全、物品安全等问题。

Since the Spring Festival holiday traffic volume is very large, please pay attention to traffic safety, food safety, belongings safety and other issues during traveling.

2、留校学生要注意宿舍内用电、用水、防火等安全问题，切忌使用电炉、热得快、电热杯等违章电器，不要在宿舍内吸烟，不要存储易燃、易爆物品。

The students who get accommodation in dormitory need pay attention to water safety, electricity safety, fire prevention and other relevant issues. Electric appliances such as electric oven, electric heater and electric cup are forbidden. Please do not smoke in the dormitory. Combustibles and explosive substances are not allowed in the dormitory.

3、留校学生应注意维护宿舍良好的生活秩序，保持公共卫生，不得妨碍他人的学习和休息，服从公寓管理人员的安排。

The students who get accommodation in dormitory have the responsibility to maintain the daily order of dormitory. Public hygiene should be well maintained inside the dormitory. Please obey the arrangements of the administrator and do not disturb the others.

4、同学之间应互相照顾，要注意人身安全、物品安全，防止盗窃、抢劫、受骗等事件的发生，发现可疑人员应及时通知公寓管理员或校内保卫部门。

Students should take care of each other, and should pay attention to personal safety and belongings safety. Prevent the occurrence of events such as theft, robbery, fraud, etc. Please report to the administrator or police immediately when you find anyone suspicious.

5、国际教育学院积极支持寒假期间在校学生开展丰富多彩的活动，学生在参与活动时，应提高安全意识。

SIE supports students carry out various activities during the winter vacation. Students should enhance safety consciousness when participate in the activities.

6、现将国际教育学院假期值班安排公布如下，寒假期间如遇紧急事件请立即与值班老师取得联系：
