Procedures for applying for extending expiring date of study and scholarship
一、论文答辩延期及学习年限延长
I. Dissertation delay and extending expiring date of study
1、博士（博士学习年限超过4年者需申请）
Doctoral students (need to apply if already over 4 years)
请下载并完成《博士学位论文延期申请报告》及《大连理工大学博士学位论文答辩延期申请报告评审意见表》。
Please download and complete 《博士学位论文延期申请报告》 and 《大连理工大学博士学位论文答辩延期申请报告评审意见表》.
2、硕士（硕士学习年限超过3年者需申请）
Master students (need to apply if already over 3 years)
请下载并完成《硕士学位论文进展报告》及《硕士学位论文答辩延期及学习年限延长申请报告》。

二、各类奖学金生延长奖学金期限

1、中国政府奖学金For CSC scholarship students
请下载并完成《中国政府奖学金生延长奖学金期限申请表》。

2、辽宁省政府奖学金 For LSC scholarship students
请下载并完成《辽宁省政府奖学金生延长奖学金期限申请表》。

3、大连理工大学奖学金 For DUT scholarship students
请下载并完成《大连理工大学奖学金生延长奖学金期限申请表》。

三、提交申请文件

需提交“一”和“二”内相关文件；

2、自费生 For self-sponsored students
仅需提交“一”内相关文件。

请于2015年4月9日前提交延期申请相关文件，逾期将不再受理延期申请。
Please submit the relevant documents before April 9th, 2015. Overdue applications will not be accepted.
