关于中国政府奖学金生申请延长奖学金期限的通知
因个人原因无法按期完成学业且在华学习时间最长不超过五年的中国政府奖学金博士研究生，如需延长奖学金期限的，须于2017年4月11日前向国际教育学院提交以下材料并申请办理延期手续：
PhD candidates who have been receiving the CSC scholarship for a period of no longer than 5 years but are not able to finish their studies on time due to personal reasons may apply to extend their scholarship by submitting the following materials to the School of International Education and completing the necessary process before April 11, 2017.

二、《中国政府奖学金年度评审表》
Form for Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status
三、《大连理工大学博士学位论文答辩延期申请报告评审意见表》
Form for Review of DUT PhD Student Report to Apply for Extension of Thesis Defense
