Dear graduating students of 2017:

Your efforts have been earnest and yielded outstanding results, and your alma mater is full of hope for your future as you leave the school and head for your careers. At this time, all of the professors of the School of International Education are sad to see you go, but wish you all prosperous futures and joyful lives!

To be clear of the specific activities of graduation day, please see the below information: 

1. The School of International Education’s Graduation Ceremony Activities

a) Time: 9:00am on Tuesday, June 20th

b) Location; Bochuan Library Multipurpose Hall

c) Dress requirements：please wear your graduation gowns and caps for the graduation photo.

2. The School of International Education’s Graduation Party Activities

a) Time: 6:30pm, Tuesday, June 20th

b) Location: 77 Athletic Field

c) Dress requirements: students attending the party should be dressed appropriately, with men in suits and women in formal evening wear.

d)Students who plan to attend the graduation party should register in Office 124 by June 19th, 2017 between 1:30pm and 4:30pm. If you invite friends from other places to attend, they must also register first.  You may invite 2 friends at the most. You will be given an invitation, a form for graduation information, as well paper to write your “letter to your future self”. Use the invitation to enter the party, submit your graduation info there, and put your“letter to your future self” into the box at the event.

If your parents will attend the graduation ceremony or party, please inform Miss Zhao by June 15th (Wednesday) before 5pm in Room 124 of Dorm Building 2.
