“大连印象——外国留学生摄影大赛”去年成功举办，受到了大连地区各高校的广泛关注，反响热烈，收获了许多佳作。为更好地展现大连经济发展、文化成就并宣传中国丰富的地域文化，现面向大连地区各高校国际学生摄影爱好者，以“历史•人文”、“现代•科技”、“自然•生态”三个主题征集优秀作品，用镜头发现最美大连，记录身边的爱与感动，向社会传递正能量。
This contest, which was held for the first time last year, was an opportunity for international students around Dalian to exhibit their photography skills and showcase the diversity and growth within this city. Entry into this year’s competition is offered to international students attending the various schools around the city. The themes of this year’s photography are history and humanities, modern science and technology，and nature and the environment.

作品要求：
拍摄内容：以“历史•人文”、“现代•科技”、“自然•生态”为三大主题，展现大连地区历史文化风光、经济发展成果、人文生态景观，通过摄影作品来表现全方位、多视角的大连。
1.单反、微单、手机拍摄的作品均可参赛。
2.作品形式、风格不限，彩色、黑白均可。
3.每人提交作品的数量仅限3张，需提交电子稿作品，需注明：作品名称、作者名、国别、就读的学校。图片格式为JPG文件，每幅作品不小于3MB。征集作品均不退稿，请作者保留好原始底片或数字文件。
4.送评图片可在不改变作品原貌的前提下，做适当的后期处理，但不可进行合成等手法改变作品原貌，例如拼接、删除、修改照片素材。一经发现取消参赛资格。
5.参赛照片必须为送评者原创照片。
Photography Requirements:
The photography should be centered around the themes of history and humanities, modern science and technology, and/or nature and the environment (you do not need to have photographs that exhibit all themes).
Photos from single lens cameras, micro-mono cameras, and cell phone cameras are all acceptable.
There is no restriction on style: black and white photos, color photos etc. are all allowed.
Each participant may submit no more than 3 photos, and remember that you must also submit them electronically. When you do so, provide the name of the photo, the name of the participant, your nationality, and the university you attend. The photos should be in JPG format, and no smaller than 3MB. The files and photos will not be returned to you, so please send in copies and keep the originals for yourself.
You may edit the photos to improve their quality, but you are not permitted to change the original composition of the submitted photos in any way. If this manner of change is discovered in your submitted photos, you will not be eligible for the contest.
Your submitted photos must be original work.
参赛事务：
1.所有送评图片，作者有著作权和署名权，组织方有永久的使用权。主办单位有权将该作品用于展览、宣传、出版等用途，不再另付稿酬。
2.参与者应对投放的作品拥有充分、完全、排他的著作权，不侵犯第三方的肖像权、名誉权等其他的知识产权以及个人所有权。
3.凡是投稿者均视为同意以上条例。
4.作品原文件请于评审期内妥善保管，以备修改及应用。
Contest Details:
Participants have the rights of signature and copyright, and organizers have the right to use the photos indefinitely. The hosting organization has the right to use the photos for exhibition, propaganda, publish etc. purposes, without the need to pay further contribution fees.
Participants have complete and final copyright authority of their photos, without obstructing the portrait rights, reputation rights, and otherwise intellectual property or personal rights of the third party.
Those who participate are understood to have read and agreed to the above stipulations.
Please manage your photos within the contest period, in order to leave time for revision, etc.

电子稿：统一发至邮箱:xsswbgs@（邮件名称统一格式为：留学生摄影+姓名+学校）,同时在正文处附上作品标题、作者姓名、国别，就读的学校,班级，联系电话等信息。
Submission:
Electronic copies: send them together to the address: xsswbgs@ (give the file the following name: 留学生摄影+full name+campus). Within the ’s message space, provide the title of the photos, full name of the photographer, nationality, campus you belong to, class level, phone number, etc.
