一、受理对象

达到基本学制规定的学习年限（本科4年，硕士3年，博士4年），且在本学期结束时不能毕业的本科生、研究生。

★注：已提交《大连理工大学博士学位论文答辩延期申请表》的2014级、2013级博士除外。

二、申请程序

1、本科生填写《大连理工大学学籍处理审批表(国际学生)》；硕士研究生填写《硕士学位论文答辩延期及学习年限延长申请报告(国际学生)》以及《硕士学位论文进展报告》；博士研究生填写《大连理工大学博士学位论文答辩延期申请表(国际学生)》。

2、申请人将上述书面申请表经各学部学院审批签字后，提交至国际教育学院教务办公室进行审批。

Notice on Schooling Period Extension Application

1. Applicants

Those undergraduates and postgraduates whose schooling year have reached the longest allowable study period (4 years for undergraduates, 3 years for master and 4 years for Ph. D.), and who can not graduate by the end of this semester.

Notes: Ph. D students of 2013 and 2014 batch who have submitted the extension application are excluded.

2. How to do

a. Undergraduates download and fill the form of《大连理工大学学籍处理审批表(国际学生)》and masters fill the form of 《硕士学位论文答辩延期及学习年限延长申请报告(国际学生)》and 《硕士学位论文进展报告》，Ph. D. fill the form of 《大连理工大学博士学位论文答辩延期申请表(国际学生)》.

b. Applicants submit the filled form to the School or Faculty to get agreement signature, and then submit the form to the Affair Office of School of International Education.
