一、受理对象

2019年6月将达到基本学制（硕士3年，博士4年），且不能毕业的国际研究生。

二、申请程序

1、硕士研究生填写《硕士学位论文答辩延期及学习年限延长申请报告(国际学生)》以及《硕士学位论文进展报告》；博士研究生填写《大连理工大学博士学位论文答辩延期申请表(国际学生)》。

2、申请人将上述书面申请表经各学部学院审批签字盖章后，提交至国际教育学院教务办公室D130进行审批。

三、受理截止时间

2019年4月19日17:00前。

Notice on Schooling Period Extension Application

1. Applicants

The international graduate students whose schooling period will be beyond the stipulated length of schooling (3 years for master and 4 years for Ph. D.), and can not graduate by June 2019.

2. How to do

a. Master candidates shall fill the form of 《硕士学位论文答辩延期及学习年限延长申请报告(国际学生)》and 《硕士学位论文进展报告》，Ph. D. candidates shall fill the form of 《大连理工大学博士学位论文答辩延期申请表(国际学生)》.

b. Applicants submit the filled form to the School or Faculty to get agreement signature and stamp, before they submit the form to the Affair Office of School of International Education. (Office D130)
