一、参评学生范围
1、2020年9月之后继续享受各类奖学金的学生；
2、原计划2020年7月毕业，但申请延期且符合延期要求的国际博士生（享受奖学金未满5年）；
3、上年度奖学金评审不合格被中止奖学金资格或减免部分奖学金的学生。
二、评审办法
1、奖学金生登陆“校园门户”（https://sso.dlut.edu.cn/）“办事大厅”，点击“国际学生奖学金年度评审”服务进行在线填报参审。
2、导师、班主任、国际教育学院（留学生办公室）分别对学生“本学年主要课程考试成绩及所获学分情况”、“学习态度”、“考勤情况”、“行为表现和奖惩情况”等相应情况进行综合评审，并决定其是否具有继续享受或者恢复享受奖学金的资格。（评审方式：校园门户-办事大厅）
3、无故不参加评审者，将取消其继续享受奖学金的资格。
三、评审截止时间
1、奖学金生：须于2020年5月21日24:00前（北京时间）完成在线填报。
2、导师、班主任：须于2020年5月25日24:00前（北京时间）完成在线审核。

Notice Regarding the Annual Review of Scholarship Status
1. Those eligible to apply include：
a) Students who will continue to receive the scholarship after September 2020;
b) Students who should graduate in July 2020,but applied for the study& scholarship(not reach the 5 year-limit) period extension and meet all extension requirements;
c) Students whose scholarship review was not approved last year and scholarship status has been halted or degraded.
2. Review procedure
a) Students must visit https://sso.dlut.edu.cn/ and login the DUT Potral. Click the Campus Service(mark #1), SIE(mark #2),and Scholarship Annual Review(mark #3) to fill out the online form.
b) Supervisors/Class Advisers and SIE will comprehensively evaluate student in aspects of main courses’ grades and credit, class attendance, conduct, as well as any history of offenses and/or awards of the school year.
c) Those who fail to complete the review without reason will lose their scholarship status.
3. Deadline
For students: Must complete the online form before May 21st, 24:00(Beijing Time), 2020.
For supervisors/class advisers: Must complete the online review before May 25th, 17:00(Beijing Time), 2020.
