【防疫提醒】防疫不松懈,坚持做好个人防护 Insist on your personal protection of the epidemic

Dear international students:


当前,新冠肺炎疫情反复无常,全球防控形势严峻复杂,疫情防控不能松懈,国际教育学院提醒您,进一步提高防护意识,依法科学有序做好个人防护工作!

At present, the COVID-19 epidemic is still under a  serious and complex situation all over the world. The prevention and control of the epidemic cannot be slacken. The School of International Education reminds you to further improve your awareness of covid-19 protection and insist on your personal protection.


不麻痹不松懈

No paralysis, no slackening

要认真做好自我防护,合理安排行程,做到非必要不出行,不聚集、不聚会,少走亲访友,少到人群密集的公共场所活动。

Do your self-protection properly, reasonable arrangement your outgoing, do not travel, gathering or going to crowded public places if really necessary.


主动报备 做好监测

Actively report your situation to your adviser

自觉进行健康监测,如实记录每日体温情况、健康状况、活动轨迹,及时向辅导员老师进行“日报告”和“零报告”。

Consciously pay attention to your health situation, record your daily temperature, health situation and activity route, timely report to your adviser.


理性看待 积极应对

Positive response to the epidemic

及时了解疫情发展,关注官方权威信息,做到不信谣、不传谣;理性看待疫情,学习掌握科学规范的防控知识,做好个人防护。

Pay attention to official authoritative information, do not believe, or spread rumors; Take a rational view of the epidemic, do scientific prevention, and careful personal protections.


遇有社区工作人员、老师询问情况,请积极配合。

Please actively cooperate when being ask for information by community staff or adviser.


保持心态 适度锻炼

Stay optimistic and exercise moderately

合理作息,保证睡眠充足,积极调整心态,进行适当的体育锻炼,排解负面情绪,保持身心健康。

Reasonably study and rest, ensure adequate sleep, actively adjust mood and mind, carry out appropriate physical exercise, eliminate negative emotions, maintain physical and mental health.



坚持良好的卫生习惯和健康生活方式

Insist on good hygiene and health way of life
