一、参评学生范围

1、2017年9月之后继续享受中国政府奖学金的学生；

2、申请奖学金延期且符合延期要求的学生；

3、上年度奖学金评审不合格被中止奖学金资格的学生。

二、评审办法

1、学生本人须认真填写《中国政府奖学金年度评审表》（见附件）

2、学生导师须对留学生的学习成绩、学习态度、考勤情况、行为表现和奖惩情况进行评审并给出意见

3、国际教育学院对学生进行综合评价，决定其是否具有继续享受或者恢复享受中国政府奖学金的资格

4、无故不参加评审者，将取消其继续享受中国政府奖学金的资格。

Notice for the Annual Review of CSC Scholarship Status of Postgraduate Students

1.        Those eligible to apply include:

a)        Students who will continue to receive the CSC scholarship after September 2017;

b)        Students who have applied for the scholarship period extension and meet all extension requirements;

c)        Students whose scholarship review was not approved last year, or whose scholarship status has been halted.

2.        Review procedure

a)        You must personally and diligently fill out the following form, attached below: Form for annual review of CSC scholarship status;

b)        Your supervisor must review your grades, academic attitude, attendance record, and conduct, as well as any history of offenses and/or awards, and provide any necessary remarks;

c)        The School of International Education will then review the above materials and decide whether or not you will be able to continue to receive the scholarship or resume scholarship status

d)        Those who fail to complete the review without reason will lose their scholarship status.
