Recruitment Requirements:
1、母国为德国(来自法兰克福的优先)/乌克兰(来自基辅的优先)/白俄罗斯(来自明斯克的优先)
Native German speaker (from Frankfurt, Germany preferred), Ukrainian (from Kiev, Ukraine preferred), Belarussian (from Minsk, Belarus preferred);
2、在中国留学超过3年以上,中文熟练,获得本科或以上学位
Study in China for more than three years,fluent in Mandarin,bachelor degree orabove
3、形象气质佳,综合素质高
Positive attitude, polite and upbeat personality
4、沟通能力强,适合商务谈判
Good communication and business negotiation skills
5、对物流行业有一定的了解
Certain understanding of the logistics industry
工作职责:
Job Responsibilities
1、参与海外网络(主要是东欧国家)的筹建
Overseas network planning (mainly Eastern European countries)
2、负责跟进新网络筹建过程中的各类问题,并从总部层面跟进相关职能对海外的管理
Follow up with problems in the process of network planning, and management of the other functions from the headquarter level
3、负责国际产品海外落地的日常管理及监控
Be responsible for the daily management and monitoring of overseas international products promotion
4、协助筹建国家负责人的其他日常工作
Assist to department head with daily work preparation
备注:入职的前三到四年工作地点在深圳,未来根据业务的拓展情况可能派回母国
Work location for the first 3-4 years is in Shenzhen, in future may be assigned to home country according to business development situation
