一、采集范围

2020年毕业的国际硕士生、博士生。名单见附件。

★如已参加图像采集，此次无需参加。

★没有报名的同学，无法现场拍照。

二、采集时间及地点：

2019年12月13日（周五）上午，具体时间和地点待定。

三、工作安排

1. 持学生证到国际教育学院D130办公室报名，缴费（每人17元）。联系电话：84770809

2. 报名时间：11月25日（周一）至11月29日（周五）。截止时间11月29日（周五）17:00.

3. 补拍事宜：若未参加本次学校统一组织的图像材料，需自行到各地新华社补拍，需携带身份证，提供院校代码（10141）、学号、身份证号和收件人详细地址（请填写本人收件地址）及联系电话；或添加微信公众号：“新华社辽宁图像采集中心”，按照提示办理。

辽宁省新华社补拍时间：每周一至周五，上午8:30-11:30；下午1:30-4:30

Notice on Photo-taking for 2020 International Graduates

International master and doctor students who will graduate in 2020 shall participate the photo taking scheduled on December 13, 2019 (Friday).

★If you already have taken the photo before, please neglect the notice.

★If you do not apply beforehand, on site photo-taking is not allowed.

Time&Place

December 13, 2019, AM. The detailed venue and schedule are to be determined.

Remarks:

1. How to Apply: apply in D130 office of School of International Education with student Id card.  Contact Numbers: 84770809

★International students do not need to apply online in the Graduate Student System.

2. How to Pay: RMB 17 by cash or wechat in D130.

3. Application time: November 25, 2019-November 29, 2019. Application after 17:00, Nov. 29, 2019 shall not be accepted.

4. If you miss the photo-taking, please go to Shenyang and pay by yourself for photo-taking. Contact Numbers: 024-86911659; or you may approach the wechat official account “新华社辽宁图像采集中心” for help.
