本年度我校一名辽宁省政府外国留学生奖学金获得者因个人原因弃权。为妥善使用奖学金名额，我校研究决定更换奖学金人选。经二轮专家评审最终评议，现对辽宁省政府外国留学生奖学金项目拟推荐补录人选予以公示。

In 2025, one recipient of the Liaoning Provincial Government Foreign Student Scholarship from our university has waived the scholarship due to personal reasons. To ensure the proper use of the scholarship quota, Dalian University of Technology will replace this scholarship recipient. Following the final review by experts in the second round of evaluation, the candidate to be recommended for supplementary admission to the Liaoning Provincial Government Foreign Student Scholarship Program is now announced.
