根据《大连理工大学国际学生综合奖励办法（2025）》，现启动2024-2025学年国际学生综合奖励评审工作，具体安排如下：

一、整体要求

各类奖项的评审工作按《大连理工大学国际学生综合奖励办法（2025）》的总体要求开展，学院成立国际学生奖励评审委员会，结合国际学生培养特点，制定《大连理工大学国际学生综合奖励评审细则（2025）》执行。

二、评审范围

大连理工大学国际学生综合奖励面向全体在籍、在校的基本学制内国际学生设置，不包括大一、研一、博一新生、在校学习不满一学期的非学历国际学生、超学制或不在校的国际学生。

如新入学生上一学年亦在我校就读，则可用上一学年成果、按上一学年所在学生类别参评。

各类奖项成果计算范围为2024年9月1日至2025年8月31日，毕业年级（以学制为准）可扩大至通知发布当日。

三、奖项设置

设置六类综合奖励，分别为：学业之星、友谊之星、文体之星、志愿之星、实践之星、科创之星，每个单项奖配有100元奖学金；设置一项最高奖励，即国际之星，配有2000元奖学金。

四、奖励名额

六类综合奖励按不超过可参评学生总数的5%确定本年度评选名额（如出现小数点则四舍五入至整数），国际之星每年固定5个名额。各奖励名额见下表：

五、评审流程

1.自主申报阶段：10月10日—10月24日（北京时间）

参评同学在本通知附件中下载《大连理工大学国际学生综合奖励办法（2025）》与《大连理工大学国际学生综合奖励评审细则（2025）》，认真阅读后，根据自己所申报的奖项在截止时间前扫描本通知中的二维码填写并提交报名表。

报名截止时间：10月24日11:00前（北京时间）。如逾期未提交材料或材料提交不全，视为放弃参评。

2.学院评审阶段：10月24日—11月7日（北京时间）

学院国际学生奖励评审委员会将按《大连理工大学国际学生综合奖励评审细则（2025）》负责相关奖励的评审工作，得出结果并在全校范围公示3天，无异议后确定最终获奖学生名单。

3.宣传表彰阶段：11月8日—12月31日（北京时间）

学院将使用恰当方式持续宣传、表彰获奖学生榜样，并在年底的“中外学生年度盛典”对获奖学生予以现场集中表彰。

六、申报方式

1.六项综合奖励

学生可同时申报多个奖项，各个奖项可以兼得。

申报每个奖项时，只需要在问卷中勾选该奖项的名称，问卷中将自动出现该奖项所对应的可加分内容供学生填写。请注意各个单项奖励可以多选。

选择申报哪个奖励，就需要按照《大连理工大学国际学生综合奖励评审细则（2025）》中对这一奖励的相关规定对应填写上一学年在该领域取得的相应成绩

学生填写加分内容后，请在该奖项佐证文件上传处上传佐证文件，同一单项奖的佐证文件请按照你填写加分内容的顺序放进一个PDF文件（须小于10MB），不同单项奖的佐证材料需要分别上传。

提交报名问卷前，需要由申请人本人签字确认填写的所有信息真实无误，并由其导师（硕、博研究生）或辅导员（本科生、非学历生）签字确认同意学生申报对应奖励。

2.国际之星

国际之星奖不需要学生自主申报，将按照《大连理工大学国际学生综合奖励评审细则（2025）》规定，从本年度综合奖励获奖学生中产生。

七、注意事项

1.申请人应认真阅读相关规则后再提交申请，确保自己所填写的各个加分项准确无误，漏填、错填或仅填写加分项但不提供佐证文件的，都无法获得加分。

2.申请人申报奖励时被查实弄虚作假的，取消该生获奖资格，并禁止该生未来两年参加任何类型的奖励评选。

3.建议使用笔记本电脑填写报名问卷。

4.中文和英文的通知、文件、规则如果出现异意，以中文版本为准。

According to the "Dalian University of Technology International Student Comprehensive Incentive Measures (2025)", the evaluation of the comprehensive award for international students of the 2024-2025 academic year has been launched, and the specific arrangements are as follows:

I. Overall Requirements

The evaluation of all awards is carried out following the overall requirements of the "Dalian University of Technology International Student Comprehensive Incentive Measures (2025)". The School of International Education has established an International Student Award Evaluation Committee and formulated the "Dalian University of Technology International Student Comprehensive Incentive Evaluation Regulations (2025)" based on the characteristics of international student education.

II. Scope of the Evaluation

The comprehensive award for international students at DUT is set up for all students registered and enrolled within the basic academic duration, excluding freshmen and non-degree students who have studied for less than one semester and international students who have exceeded or are off-campus.

If a new student also studied at our school in the past academic year, he/she can use their achievements from the past academic year and participate in the evaluation according to their past student type.

The calculation range for various award achievements is from Sep. 1, 2024, to Aug. 31, 2025, and the graduation grade (according to the academic duration) can be extended to the day of this notice.

III. Award Setting

There are six types of individual awards, called: Academic Star, Peer Star, Talent and Sports Star, Volunteer Star, Social Practice Star, and Innovation Star. Each individual award comes with a scholarship of 100 yuan.

There is a top award called the International Star. It comes with a scholarship of 2000 yuan.

IV. Award Allocation

The six types of individual awards are determined based on a maximum of 5% of the total number of eligible students for this year's selection (If a decimal point occurs, it is rounded to the nearest whole number), and International Star has a fixed quota of 5 per year. The quota for each award is shown in the table below:

V. Evaluation Process

1. Self-application stage: Oct. 10 to Oct. 24 (Beijing time)

Students participating in the evaluation can download the "Dalian University of Technology International Student Comprehensive Incentive Measures (2025)" and the "Dalian University of Technology International Student Comprehensive Incentive Evaluation Regulations (2025)", After carefully reading, scan the QR code in this notice, fill out and submit the questionnaire before the deadline.

Deadline: before 11:00 on Oct. 24 (Beijing time). If the documents are not submitted within the deadline or are incomplete, it will be deemed as giving up participation in the evaluation.

2. Evaluation stage: Oct. 24 to Nov. 7 (Beijing time)

The International Student Award Evaluation Committee of SIE will be responsible for the evaluation of relevant awards in accordance with the "Dalian University of Technology International Student Comprehensive Incentive Evaluation Regulations (2025)", and the results will be announced throughout the school for 3 days. After no objections, the final list of award-winning students will be determined.

3. Commendation Stage: Nov. 8 to Dec. 31 (Beijing Time)

SIE will continue to promote and recognize exemplary award-winning students through appropriate ways and will give on-site recognition to the award-winning students at the Annual Ceremony at the end of the year.

VI. Application Method

1. The Six Individual Awards

Students can apply for multiple awards at the same time, and each award can be obtained simultaneously.

When applying for each award, simply check the name of the award in the questionnaire, and the corresponding score content for the award will automatically appear in the questionnaire for students to fill out. Please note that multiple individual rewards can be selected.

No matter which award you choose to apply for, it is necessary to fill in the corresponding achievements obtained in the field in the previous academic year in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Dalian University of Technology International Student Comprehensive Incentive Evaluation Regulations (2025)" for this award.

After you fill in the achievements content for one award, please upload the supporting documents to the award support file upload section. The supporting documents for one award should be placed in one PDF file (less than 10MB) in the order you filled in the achievements content. Supporting documents for different individual awards need to be uploaded separately.

Before submitting the application questionnaire, you need to sign and confirm that all the information you’ve filled in is true and accurate, and you need to ask your supervisor (master's or PhD students) or advisor (undergraduate or non-degree students) to sign to prove their agreement to your application.

2. The International Star Award

The International Star Award does not need students to apply and will be generated from the students who have won the Individual Awards this year following the "Dalian University of Technology International Student Comprehensive Incentive Evaluation Regulations (2025)".

VII. Precautions

1. Students should read the regulations carefully before submitting the application, ensuring that all the achievements you have filled in are accurate and correct. Those who have missed, filled in incorrectly, or only filled in the content without providing supporting documents will not receive any scores.

2. If a student is found to have engaged in fraudulent activities when applying for rewards, he/she eligibility for the award will be cancelled, and his/her will be prohibited from participating in any type of award selection for the next two years.

3. SIE recommends that you use a laptop to fill out the application questionnaire.

4. If there is any discrepancy between Chinese and English notices, documents, and regulations, the Chinese version shall prevail.
