接待说明：
1、接待时间为当日14:00—16:00。
2、接待安排如有变动，以临时通知为准。
3、接待日将对学生、教工在现实生活中遇到的困难和问题进行面对面的解答和处理。
4、来访者需提前预约，预约时请填写《国际教育学院领导接待日预约登记表》，并在接待日前一天下班前发送到邮箱siesuggestion@dlut.edu.cn（学生预约），yinlei@dlut.edu.cn（教师预约），以便统筹安排。
Reception instructions:
1. The reception time is from 14:00 to 16:00 on the reception day.
2. If there are any changes to the reception arrangements, the temporary notice shall prevail.
3. The reception day will provide face-to-face answers and solutions to the difficulties and problems encountered by students and faculty in real life.
4. Visitors need to make an appointment in advance. When making an appointment, please fill in the "Dean's Reception Day Appointment Registration Form" and send it to the mailbox siesuggestion@dlut.edu.cn (for student), yinlei@dlut.edu.cn (for teacher) one day before the reception day .
