一、申请对象 Candidates
2026届国际毕业生（含本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生）。
*国际教育学院将核定每名申报人信息，不能在以上时间毕业的学生将不能纳入优秀毕业生候选人
All the Bachelor, Master, Ph.D international students who are going to graduate in 2026.
* SIE will verify the information of each applicant, and students who fail to graduate at the above time will not be included in the outstanding graduate candidates.
二、评选条件 Selection Criteria
1.遵守中国法律法规和学校各项规章制度，对华友好，积极推进中国与世界各国人民友好交往。品行端正，具有良好的道德情操和个人修养。
Abide by Chinese laws, regulations, and various school rules and regulations, be friendly to China, actively maintain and continuously promote friendship between China and people from all over the world. Have good moral character and personal cultivation.
2.遵守学校各项规章制度，在校期间未受校纪处分。
Abide by regulations of DUT; no disciplinary punishment was taken at school.
3.符合毕业要求，学业成绩优异，在校期间学习成绩（绩点）、研究成果（仅研究生）将作为重要评审依据。
Meet graduation requirements; have excellent academic performance. Academic performance (grade point/ GPA) and academic achievements (only graduate students) will be an important basis for evaluation.
4.积极参加学科竞赛、科技创新、校园文化、社会实践和志愿者服务等活动。同等条件下获得过院级及以上奖励、公开发表过高水平学术论文（高水平期刊及会议由所在院系认定）或曾为学院赢得过荣誉者优先考虑。
Actively participate in activities such as academic competitions, technological innovation, campus activities, social practice, and volunteer services. Under the same conditions, those who have won awards at or above the university level, published high-level academic papers(High-level journals and conferences are recognized by your academy) or won honors for the school are preferred.
5.评审期间有弄虚作假行为的将被取消资格。
Students who engage in fraudulent behavior during the evaluation will be disqualified.

Students applying for outstanding graduates in 2026 should submit the electronic version of the "2026 Outstanding Graduate Application Form for International Students" to the E-mail address.

2.6月5日前将组织专家评选。
The expert selection will be arranged before June 5th.
四、所需材料 Required Materials
1.《国际教育学院优秀毕业生申请表》（含自述在校期间表现情况）,字数在600字以内，请在附件中下载，共2个文件；
2.成绩单（含绩点）。
*以上材料缺一不可
Materials required:
I) Application Form for SIE Outstanding Graduates (including summary of personal performance), no more than 600 words. Please download 2 documents from the attachment.
II) The Transcript. (including GPA)
*The above materials are indispensable
五、评选程序 Procedure
1.个人申请。符合条件的国际学生向国际教育学院提交支撑材料。
Personal application. Qualified graduates of SIE shall submit the related supporting materials to the School of International Education.
2.学院推荐。国际教育学院组织评审，确定拟推荐人选。
Recommended by SIE. The School of International Education organizes a review to determine the proposed candidate.
3.审定及公示。经学院优秀毕业生评议小组成员审核通过后，评审结果将予以公示。
After being examined and approved by the members of the Outstanding Graduates
Assessment Group of SIE, the evaluation result will publicly announced on SIE Website.
4.对公示无异议的优秀毕业生，学院授予“2026届国际优秀毕业生”荣誉称号并颁发证书。
For outstanding graduating students who have no objections to the public announcement, the School of International Education will award the honorary title of "Outstanding International Graduated Student" and issue certificates.
5.已被评选为优秀毕业生的学生，毕业离校前有违法违纪行为或学术不端、受到校级通报批评或行政处分或毕业论文不合格、不能按时毕业或不能获得学位者，取消其荣誉称号。
For students who have been selected as outstanding graduate students, if they are engaged in illegal or academic misconduct before graduation, or fail their graduation thesis without graduating on time, or cannot obtain a degree, their honorary title will be revoked.
