On the afternoon of March 15th, 2024, School of International Education convened a meeting in the D107 conference room of Haichuan Building to advance the undergraduate education and teaching evaluation. The meeting was chaired by Associate Prof. Guo Hanning, Dean Assistant of the School. Teachers of the Chinese language undergraduate program, academic administrators, and counselors attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Associate Prof. Guo reiterated and emphasized the significance and requirements of the new round of evaluation on undergraduate programs, and introduced the self-evaluation and self-construction works that the School had already carried out. Besides, she also pointed out that the evaluation is an important test of the teaching quality of the School. All teachers of SIE shall attach great importance to it mentally, concentrate their efforts physically, and get fully engaged in the preparation with a high sense of responsibility and mission, so as to ensure the smooth progress of all works.
Taking this undergraduate education and teachinge valuation as an opportunity, SIE is going to promote further construction, reform, management, and deeply implement the "Distinguished Teachers, Outstanding Students, and Superior Courses" program, thus continuously improving the quality of undergraduate international student training at DUT.
