关于中国政府奖学金年度评审的有关通知

Notice Regarding Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status

一、参评对象Candidates

1、所有在读中国政府奖学金留学生（请详见附件内参评学生名单）,以及申请延长奖学金期限的学生。All the CSC scholarship students are shown in the list of the attachment and students who have applied for scholarship extension.

二、评审方式Review

1、请学生自行下载并填写附件内《中国政府奖学金年度评审表》。

Students shall download and complete the form in the attachment.

2、本科生：学生填写完成“学生填写页”（第1页）后直接提交至留学生办公室124室。Bachelor’s degree students shall carefully fill in the parts for students (the first page), and submit directly to the office 124, SIE.

硕、博研究生：学生填写完成“学生填写页”（第1页）后直接提交给导师，导师填写完成“学校意见页”（第2页）全部内容（需导师签字）后一并由导师本人或他人代为提交至留学生办公室124室。Master’s and Doctoral students shall carefully fill in the parts for students (the first page), and submit directly to supervisors. Supervisors shall complete the parts for institution approval opinions (signature is required), and submit all pages together to office 124, SIE.

三、截止日期Deadline

2016年4月25日。April 25, 2016.
