In accordance with the Measures for the Administration of the Dalian University of Technology Presidential Scholarship for International Students (Document No. [2025]9), and following the two rounds of public announcement, collection of feedback, verification by relevant departments, and approval by the SIE Executive Meeting, we hereby announce the final round dynamic adjustment results for the 2026 DUT Presidential Scholarship.

The result of this round of public announcement is the final list of dynamic adjustment result.

Policy explanations for the dynamic adjustment:

1. For students on the upgrade list who are upgraded from self-funded to partial scholarship, their partial scholarship coverage will include tuition only and will not include accommodation, insurance, or stipends.

2. For students on the downgrade list who are downgraded from full scholarship to partial scholarship, their partial scholarship coverage will include tuition only and will not include accommodation, insurance, or stipends.

3. Students on the lists should pay all fees on time and in full according to their new scholarship level.
