At the beginning of the meeting, Ms. Yang, the deputy director of the Management Office, delivered a speech and briefed the attendees on the details and purpose of the meeting. According to Ms. Yang, in order to do a good job in the video recording for the "Chinese Bridge" online winter camp, we had held an assignment meeting for video recording task before the National Day holiday. This meeting aimed to evaluate the group leaders' reports on their video recording schemes. When a group reporting, the rest should take notes and provide and suggestions and feedback for the reporting group. Every attendee learned from each other to ultimately formulate a comprehensive recording scheme.
Next, the leaders of the five video recording groups introduced their recording plans in proper sequence. Featured by novel themes and substantial details, the plans designed by the international students thoroughly illustrate their daily living experiences in Dalian. The plans designed by Group 1, "My Weekend" and "Learning Experience at the Dalian University of Technology", not only reflect the strong learning atmosphere lingering around the university, but also show the colorful campus life of international students. By contrast, the plans designed by Group 3, "Lushun Travel Plan 1" and "Lushun Travel Plan 2", take Laotieshan Mountain tour as their focus, and are provided with several dialogues orientated to different scenes, such as traveling, off-line shopping, mobile payment, lighthouse tour, and outdoor picnics, which not only brought the immersive shopping experience to the winter camp participants watching the video, but also impressed them with the fantastic natural scenery in Dalian. The plan designed by Group 4 "3-kilometer Life Circle Around the Campus" however, introduces the convenient communication services, transportation, and various living supporting facilities around the campus to the students watching the video. What's more, the plan titled "Scenic Coast with Golden Sands—Golden Pebble Beach" fully illustrates the romantic vibe in the coastal city Dalian. Upon active communication, each group learned from each other to formulate the subsequent revising plan for the selected recording scheme.
Finally, all the local and international students who participated in the video recording introduced themselves to each other, and the meeting ended in a warm and harmonious vibe.
