中心食堂2003年4月投入使用，拥有3000个座位、60多个就餐窗口，2006年荣获中国高校系统“百佳食堂”称号。
中心食堂位于西山生活区，建筑面积10611平方米，共三层，四个食堂。分别为中心食堂一楼、二楼、三楼以及清真食堂，中心食堂为 我校面积最大的食堂，共设有餐桌744张，就餐座位2944个，确保师生员工的就餐需求。
食堂经营项目有：
一楼，以各种风味档口为主，即江西瓦罐、土豆粉、日式西餐、南北风味小食、汤水、甜品、笼仔饭、煲仔饭、面食、煎饼等；
营业时间：
早餐：6:00-9:00 午餐：10:00-13:00 晚餐：16:00-19:00
二楼，供应大众基本伙食，各类食品以东北菜系为主，辅以川菜、凉菜、卤菜
等风味菜，满足不同口味的需求。

三楼，7个快餐窗口每天为师生提供10款不同特色菜品，4款固定菜品，荤素搭配，营养丰富，师生按照地上标识排队打餐。除快餐之外，还配有韩国料理、麻辣香锅等各种风味档口。中心食堂三楼单独设有接待餐厅，可为师生员工提供特色套餐，点菜和筵席包厢服务。

民族餐厅以少数民族特色为主，综合南北口味的不同，经营各色菜肴及小吃。

The center canteen was put into use in April 2003, with 3,000 seats and more than 60 dining choices. In 2006, it was awarded the title of "Top 100 Cafeterias" among China's universities.
The center canteen is located in the Xishan living area, with a building area of 10,611 square meters, three floors, and four canteens. They are the first floor, second floor, third floor, and the halal cafeteria. The central canteen is the largest cafeteria in the university, with a total of 744 dining tables and 2,944 seats to ensure the dining needs of the teachers, students, and staff.

On the third floor, 7 fast food windows provide teachers and students with 10 different specialties and 4 fixed dishes every day, with meat and vegetables, rich in nutrients. Teachers and students line up for meals according to the signs on the floor. In addition to fast food, there are also various flavor stalls such as Korean cuisine and spicy hot pot. There is a separate reception restaurant on the third floor of the center cafeteria, which can provide teachers, students, and staff with special meals and services.

The Ethnic Restaurant focuses on the characteristics of ethnic minorities, synthesizes the different tastes of the North and the South, and operates various kinds of dishes and snacks.

博园餐厅为三层建筑，每层面积约有2000平方米。其中一层为学生食堂，经营大众快餐、套餐、盖饭、主食、面食等。

二层暂定为教工食堂，以经营流水套餐、主食、面食的形式，为在校教职工提供饮食服务。一、二楼食堂均采用智能快速结算系统，大大节省了广大师生员工的就餐时间。
三层为接待餐厅，采取酒店式管理，设有大厅及风格各异的包间6间，为教学、科研、会议提供接待等服务。
The Boyuan Dining Hall is a three-story building with an area of about 2,000 square meters on each floor. The first floor is the student cafeteria, which sells popular fast food, set meals, covered meals, main dishes, and so on.

The second floor is temporarily designated as the faculty and staff cafeteria, which provides catering services for the DUT staff. The cafeteria on the first and second floors adopts the intelligent fast settlement system, which greatly saves the dining time of teachers, students, and staff.
The third floor is the restaurant, which adopts hotel-style management, with a hall and six private rooms of different styles, providing reception and other services for teaching, scientific research, and conferences.
