1. International undergraduates shall participate in the teaching activities stipulated in the training program of the University and those arranged by the University on time. Students shall check their attendance in classes, experiments, practices, social investigations, and other activities. The course teacher or the activity organizer shall record the attendance. Students should observe class discipline and should not miss class, arrive late, or leave early. Students should keep quiet and not disturb others when reviewing lessons.
2. Students should fill in the application for leave of absence in person and attach relevant certification materials, and sick leave must be certified by a hospital of grade 2A or above.
3. Leave of absence of less than one day shall be approved by the counselor; leave of absence of more than one day and less than one week shall be approved by the director of the Student Affair Office; leave of absence of one week to four weeks shall be reported to the deputy dean in charge of teaching for approval; leave of absence during teaching activities conducted off-campus shall be approved by the lead teacher, the instructor or relevant personnel in charge.
4. Students are not allowed to ask for leave of absence to leave the country, visit relatives, or travel during the academic period.
5. Except for acute illness or emergency, students shall not perform the ask-for-leave afterwards.
