考试违纪处分条款 Disciplinary Provisions for Examination Violations

第二十六条 对违反考试纪律、有下列行为之一者,视其为考试违纪,分别给予通报批评、警告或严重警告处分,且该课程考试成绩记为0分:

(一)携带规定以外的物品进入考场未放在指定位置者,给予通报批评;

(二)未在规定座位参加考试者,给予通报批评;

(三)考试开始信号发出前答题或者考试结束信号发出后继续答题者,给予通报批评;

(四)在考场或者教育考试机构禁止的范围内,喧哗、吸烟或者实施其他影响考场秩序的行为者,给予通报批评;

(五)未经考试工作人员同意在考试过程中擅自离开考场者,给予警告处分;

(六)将试卷、答卷(含答题卡、答题纸等)、草稿纸等考试用纸带出考场者,给予警告处分;

(七)在考试过程中旁窥、交头接耳、互打暗号或者手势者,给予严重警告处分;

(八)用规定以外的笔或者纸答题,或者在试卷规定以外的地方书写姓名、考号,或者以其他方式在答卷(含答题卡、答题纸等)上标记信息者,给予严重警告处分;

(九)其他考试违纪者,视其情节,给予通报批评,警告或严重警告处分。

Article 26

Any student engaging in any of the following acts that breach examination discipline is confirmed to have violated examination rules. The student receives circular criticism, a warning or a serious warning in light of case severity, and their grade for the corresponding course examination is marked zero:

1.Carrying unapproved items into the examination room and failing to place such items at designated storage zones: circular criticism;

2.Sitting at an unassigned seat to take examinations: circular criticism;

3.Writing answers ahead of the official start signal or continuing to write after the examination closing signal: circular criticism;

4.Creating noise, smoking or carrying out other order-disrupting behaviors inside examination venues or restricted zones designated by educational examination authorities: circular criticism;

5.Leaving the examination room mid-examination without consent from examination administrators: warning;

6.Removing examination papers, answer sheets (including answer cards, answer booklets), scratch paper and all other official examination documents from the venue: warning;

7.Glancing at other candidates’ work, whispering, exchanging coded signals or hand gestures during examinations: serious warning;

8.Completing answers with non-approved pens or paper, writing names and examination IDs outside designated fields on examination papers, or adding any identifying marks on answer sheets (including answer cards, answer booklets): serious warning;

9.Committing other acts that violate examination discipline: circular criticism, a warning or a serious warning based on violation severity.

第二十七条 对违反考核纪律、有下列行为之一者,视其为考试作弊,给予严重警告、记过、留校察看或开除学籍处分,且该课程考核成绩记为0分。情节严重的,追究刑事责任。

(一)携带与考试内容相关的材料,或者携带存储有与考试内容相关资料的电子设备及具有发送或者接收信息功能的设备者,给予严重警告处分;

(二)拒绝、妨碍考试工作人员履行管理职责者,给予严重警告处分;

(三)在考试发卷过程中,交换A、B卷者,给予严重警告处分;

(四)抄袭或者协助他人抄袭试题答案或者与考试内容相关的资料者,给予记过处分;

(五)抢夺、窃取他人试卷、答卷(含答题卡、答题纸等)、考试材料者,或者胁迫他人为自己抄袭提供方便者,给予记过处分;

(六)故意销毁试卷、答卷(含答题卡、答题纸等)或者考试材料者,给予记过处分;

(七)传、接物品或者交换试卷、答卷(含答题卡、答题纸等)、草稿纸者,给予记过处分;

(八)威胁、侮辱、诽谤、诬陷考试工作人员或其他考生者,视其情节,给予记过以上处分;

(九)在答卷上填写与本人身份不符的姓名、考号等信息者,视其情节,给予记过以上处分;

(十)在基于网络环境的考试中,打开与考试科目无关的窗口或即时聊天工具等,视其情节,给予记过以上处分;

(十一)使用相关设备发送或者接收信息实施作弊者,视其情节,给予记过以上处分,直至开除学籍;

(十二)通过伪造证件、证明、档案及其他材料获得考试资格、加分资格和考试成绩者,视其情节,给予留校察看以上处分;

(十三)评卷过程中被认定为答案雷同者,给予留校察看处分;

(十四)严重扰乱考场秩序,使考试秩序失控者,视其情节,给予留校察看以上处分;

(十五)组织团伙作弊,视其情节,给予留校察看以上处分;

(十六)交换试卷、互写姓名、伪造、变造身份证、准考证及其它证明材料,由他人代替或者代替他人参加考试,或向他人出售考试试题或答案牟取利益的,给予开除学籍处分;

(十七)其他考试作弊者,视其情节,给予严重警告、记过、留校察看、开除学籍处分。

Article 27

Any student engaging in any of the following acts that break assessment discipline is confirmed to have cheated in examinations. The student receives a serious warning, a demerit record, academic probation or permanent expulsion from school in light of case severity, and their grade for the corresponding course assessment is marked zero. Severe violations trigger pursuit of criminal liability against the offender.

1.Carrying materials covering examination content, electronic devices storing exam-related content, or equipment capable of sending and receiving information: serious warning;

2.Resisting or obstructing examination staff from carrying out official management duties: serious warning;

3.Swapping Version A and Version B examination papers during paper distribution: serious warning;

4.Copying exam answers or exam-related reference materials, or assisting other candidates with such copying: demerit record;

5.Seizing or stealing other candidates’ examination papers, answer sheets (including answer cards, answer booklets) and examination supplies, or coercing other candidates to facilitate copying: demerit record;

6.Intentionally destroying examination papers, answer sheets (including answer cards, answer booklets) and official examination materials: demerit record;

7.Passing physical items, or swapping examination papers, answer sheets (including answer cards, answer booklets) and scratch paper between candidates: demerit record;

8.Threatening, insulting, slandering or framing examination staff or fellow candidates: demerit record or harsher punishment determined by case severity;

9.Filling answer sheets with names, examination IDs and other identity information that do not match the student’s real identity: demerit record or harsher punishment determined by case severity;

10.Opening non-exam windows, instant messaging software and other irrelevant programs during online examinations: demerit record or harsher punishment determined by case severity;

11.Using electronic devices to send or receive information for cheating purposes: demerit record or harsher punishment, up to permanent expulsion from school, determined by case severity;

12.Gaining examination eligibility, score bonus eligibility or official exam results through forged certificates, testimonials, archives and other falsified documents: academic probation or harsher punishment determined by case severity;

13.Receiving a determination of identical answer scripts with other candidates during grading: academic probation;

14.Causing severe disruption to examination order that renders normal examination administration impossible: academic probation or harsher punishment determined by case severity;

15.Organizing groups of candidates to engage in collective cheating: academic probation or harsher punishment determined by case severity;

16.Swapping examination papers, writing each other’s personal information, forging or tampering with identity cards, admission tickets and other certification documents, sitting examinations in place of another person or hiring another person to sit examinations in one’s stead, or selling examination questions and answers for illegal profit: permanent expulsion from school;

17.Committing other acts of examination cheating: a serious warning, a demerit record, academic probation or permanent expulsion from school based on violation severity.

第二十八条 学习期间,抄袭他人作业、公开发表的研究成果,或者有学位论文(包括申请博士、硕士、学士学位所提交的博士学位论文、硕士学位论文和本科学生毕业论文(毕业设计或其他毕业实践环节))作假行为者,视其情节,给予以下处分:

(一)抄袭他人作业、实验报告、实习报告、调查报告者,给予通报批评或警告处分;

(二)编造实验数据者,给予警告处分;

(三)抄袭他人课程设计者,给予严重警告以上处分;

(四)请他人代写作业或实验报告者,给予严重警告以上处分;

(五)请他人代做实验或代替他人做实验者,给予记过以上处分;

(六)在学期间有抄袭、剽窃、篡改、伪造、买卖学术论文等学术不端行为者,给予记过以上直至开除学籍处分;

Article 28

Any student copying other students’ assignments or published research outputs during schooling, or engaging in falsification involving degree dissertations (including doctoral dissertations, master’s theses, undergraduate graduation theses, graduation design projects and all other graduation practice submissions required for bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degree applications) faces the following punishments graded by misconduct severity:

1.Copying other students’ homework, lab reports, internship reports and survey reports: circular criticism or a warning;

2.Fabricating experimental data: warning;

3.Copying other students’ course design work: serious warning or harsher punishment;

4.Hiring third parties to complete homework or lab reports on one’s behalf: serious warning or harsher punishment;

5.Asking third parties to complete experiments in one’s place, or completing experiments for other students: demerit record or harsher punishment;

6.Committing academic misconduct including plagiarism, appropriation, tampering, fabrication, purchase or resale of academic papers during schooling: demerit record or harsher punishment, up to permanent expulsion from school.

第二十九条 对本规定没有列举的违纪和作弊行为,如确需要给予处分的,参照本规定类似条款,给予相应的处分。

Article 29

For disciplinary violations and examination cheating acts not listed within these provisions that merit disciplinary penalties, administrators impose matching punishments by referencing analogous clauses contained herein.
