2020年2月13日17时至22时，辽宁省大连市新增1例新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例，为普通型病例。
截至2020年2月13日22时，辽宁省累计报告新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例117例，治愈出院22例，死亡1例。117例确诊病例中，沈阳市28例、大连市17例、鞍山市3例、本溪市3例、丹东市7例、锦州市12例、营口市1例、阜新市8例、辽阳市3例、铁岭市7例、朝阳市6例、盘锦市11例、葫芦岛市11例。
截至2月14日12时，我市累计报告新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例17例，出院4例，新增1例，现有疑似病例170例。
新增病例情况
病例17：
患者王某，女，28岁，居住地为高新技术产业园区龙王塘街道。其1月25日、26日、28日、31日和2月1日、3日、4日、6日、7日、8日上班，每日6时30分许由家属自驾车送至单位；每日15时35分许乘坐地铁2号线由人民广场站至西安路站，换乘地铁1号线到达河口站，换乘地铁12号线至黄泥川站，其家属自驾车接其回家。1月28日、1月31日、2月6日16时30分许至家附近惠享超市。2月4日16时30分许至小平岛新隆嘉超市。2月8日16时40分许至龙王塘每家果品生鲜超市。工作期间和外出时间全程戴口罩。
患者于2月8日出现打喷嚏等症状，不发热。2月10日其家属自驾车将其送至大连医科大学附属第一医院发热门诊就诊并隔离治疗。2月11日市疾控中心核酸检测结果为阴性，2月13日再次检测结果为阳性。经省专家组复核为确诊病例（普通型），目前病情稳定，已转入定点医院隔离治疗，密切接触者正在全力排查中。
自疫情防控工作启动以来，大连市及区（市）县两级疾病预防控制机构已根据相关法律法规，按照密切接触者判定标准，对每一例确诊病例的密切接触者进行了严格排查并采取了相应医学及卫生措施。截至目前，已排查到密切接触者257人，解除医学观察196人。

From 17:00 to 22:00 on February 13, 2020, a new confirmed case of novel coronavirus pneumonia was confirmed in Dalian, Liaoning Province, which was a common case.
As of 22:00 on February 13, 2020, 117 cases was confirmed as the novel coronavirus pneumonia in Liaoning Province, 22 cases cured and discharged from hospital, 1 case died. Amoung the 117 confirmed cases, 28 cases in Shenyang City, 17 cases in Dalian City , 3 cases in Anshan City , 3 cases in Benxi City, 7 cases in Dandong City, 12 cases in Jinzhou City, 1 case in Yingkou City, 8 cases in Fuxin City, 3 cases in Liaoyang City , 7 cases in Tieling City, 6 cases in Chaoyang City, 11 cases in Panjin City, 11 cases in Huludao City.
As of 12:00 on February 14, 17 confirmed cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia were reported in our city, Dalian, 4 cases were discharged, 1 case was added, and 170 cases were suspected.
Details of the new confirmed case in Dalian:
The patient, Wang, female, 28 years old, lives in Longwangtang Street, High tech zone of Dalian, went to work on January 25, 26, 28, 31 and February 1, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 seperately, drove to work at 6:30 pm every day, and took the Metro Line 2 from People's Square Station to Xi'an Road Station and then transfer to Metro Line 1 to Hekou Station and then transfer to Metro Line 12 to Huangnichuan Station. Her family members drove her home at 15:35 pm every day. She went to Huixiang Supermarket near his home on January 28, January 31 and February 6, at 16:30, went to the Xinlongjia Supermarket in Xiaoping Island on February 4, at 16:30, went to Meijia fruit supermarket in Longwangtang on February 8, at 16:40. She wore the mask during work and the time out .
The patient appeared sneeze on February 8, without getting a fever. On February 10 her family drove her to hospital for treatment. On February 11, her nucleic acid test results were negative, On February 13 her nucleic acid test results showed positive. By then,her case was confirmed (as a common type). At present her condition is stable, and had been transferred to the designated hospital for quarantine treatment, her close contacts were under investigation .
Since the start of the epidemic prevention and control action, Dalian have strictly checked and taken corresponding medical and health measures to every close contact cases, according to the relevant laws and regulations. Up to now, 257 people have been found to have close contact, 196 people were under medical observation .
