一、参评对象Candidates

1、所有在读大连理工大学奖学金及辽宁省政府奖学金留学生，以及申请延长奖学金期限的学生。All the DUT and LSC scholarship students and students who have applied for scholarship extension.

二、评审方式Review

1、请学生自行下载并填写附件内《大连理工大学奖学金年度评审表》或《辽宁省政府奖学金年度评审表》。

Students should download and complete the form in the attachment.

2、本科生：学生填写完成“学生填写页”（第1页）后直接提交至留学生办公室124室。Bachelor’s degree students should carefully fill in the parts for students (the first page), and submit directly to the office 124, SIE.

硕、博研究生：学生填写完成“学生填写页”（第1页）后直接提交给导师，导师填写完成“学校意见页”（第2页）全部内容（需导师签字）后一并由导师本人或他人代为提交至留学生办公室124室。Master’s and Doctoral students should carefully fill in the parts for students (the first page), and submit directly to supervisors. Supervisors shall complete the parts for institutional approval opinions (a signature is required), and submit all pages together to office 124, SIE.

三、截止日期Deadline

2016年6月10日，16:00之前。(请于每周一、三、五提交)

Before 16:00, JUN 10, 2016. (Please submit on every Monday, Wednesday or Friday )
