In order to further cultural exchange between Chinese and international students’ promotion, demonstrate cultural characteristics of different nations and present more international talents, Dalian University of Technology the 4th International Cultural Festival will be held on October 15th (Saturday), 2016. For making better preparation for International Cultural Festival and letting more Chinese and international students to take part in, now publishing the notice as follows:
“Tip：We are hoping and expecting students to prepare some national costumes and morenational features in order to exhibit your national culture~~”

3. How to Register
a) Stage Performance
- Students who are willing to perform should fill in the registration form at office specified below
- Performance form is not limited
- Students should prepare stuff that is needed for performance by themselves; if performance clothes, accessories, or other related stuff need to be bought, students should prepare detailed budget and apply to the SIE in registration time
b） Country (Region) Stall
- Students who are willing to set up a stall should fill in the registration form at office specified below, detailed plan (stall decoration, exhibition and distribution plan, participants’ number, responsible person’s information and contacts, etc.) should be provided at the same time
- Registration Is available for groups of 3 and more students from one country or region
- Stalls can be categorized to feature food and goods, hand-made and clothing, games experience etc., food, hand-made items, souvenirs, clothes and other stuff can be displayed and sold, except goods forbidden by Chinese laws and DUT regulations
- Students should prepare stuff that is needed by themselves; if any materials, souvenirs, clothes or other related stuff need to be bought, students should prepare detailed budget and apply to the SIE in registration time
- SIE will provide 3x3m tent (or tents - based on participants number), 2 tables for each tent, some plastic stools, 1 induction cooking plate, country (or region) signboard; other decorative items should be prepared by yourself, its’ production fee should be specified in detailed budget.
