From January 8th to 21st, 2024, Republican Confucius Institute of Sinology at Belarusian State University would open two Confucius classrooms - Orsha No. 16 Middle School and Minsk No. 23 Middle School. And 120 students from 5 teaching points - Minsk No. 12 Middle School, Brest No. 7 Middle School, Vargavitsk No. 2 Middle School, Mogilev No. 4 Middle School, Baranovich No. 17 Middle School had the honor to participate in the 2024 “Chinese Bridge” online group exchange program sponsored by Sino-Foreign Language Exchange and Cooperation Center and undertaken by Dalian University of Technology.
With the theme of “Ancient and modern culture, thousands of Faces”, the project adopts the four-dimensional integrated mode of “Chinese language enhancement + cultural lectures + live experiences + online travel experiences” to provide Belarusian students with a 14-day immersive Chinese language and culture course.
In order to meet the diverse learning needs of students, this program is divided into two parts: online Chinese training camp and online Chinese culture experience. The online Chinese language training camp aims to comprehensively enhance the Chinese language proficiency of students by offering interactive live Chinese grammar lectures and Chinese communication enhancement courses that focus on improving communication skills.
The online cultural experience camp selects four cultural themes: tea art, opera, clothing, and painting. The content focuses on the experience of modern forms of traditional Chinese culture, aiming to lead students to experience the vastness and profundity of Chinese culture, as well as the new spirit and vitality that radiate in the contemporary context.

The Chinese Bridge Winter Camp project is meticulously crafted by the School of International Education of Dalian University of Technology. It is the third online group exchange project organized by the School of International Education of Dalian University of Technology for the teaching points under the BSU Confucius since 2020 and 2021. Every group exchange of "Chinese Bridge" is a unique Chinese cultural event, deeply loved by Belarusian students and unanimously praised by their parents.
