What is the Yulan Campus Card？
Yulan Campus Card is launched by our university and Dalian Branch, of China Construction Bank (CCB). It is a campus identity card and the only card used for consumption on campus. The card can be used for eating, shopping, bathing laundering, buying boiled water, paying for electric expenses, fitness, etc. With only one card, you can enjoy your college life. How to Recharge the Yulan Campus Card?
The Yulan Campus Card is an E-wallet! You can recharge the card in three ways.
Method 1: recharge the card via self-service transfer through the app/miniprogram or ATM of CCB, and confirm transfer via self-service terminals.
Method 2: you can transfer money into your card by the self-service terminal.
Method 3: you can deposit money into the card in the service halls.
What to do when you lose your Yulan Campus Card?
Lost-reporting
Log in to the campus card website or the “iDUT” customer terminal to report the loss or call 84708642 at any time to report the loss, or report the loss by self-service terminals.
Lost Report Cancelling
If you find the card after reporting the loss, you can cancel it through campus card self-service terminals. Then you can use it normally after the above operation. You cannot carry out self-service canceling for safety concerns if using the initial password. You should go to the service halls of the Network Information Center for a solution.
Card Reissue
You can get a new card with valid documents in the service halls. Students can also get new cards through self-service machines.
