In order to vigorously promote the construction of the "Studying Abroad in DUT" brand,deepen the academic friendship and mutual understanding between Chinese and foreign young generation, and to build a platform for the international exchanges and cooperation of young talents, DUT has launched the application for 2025 China Link Scholarship Program of the China Scholarship Council (CSC) hoping to engage in academic and research activities in China. The specific program introduction and application information are as follows.

Ⅰ Program Scheme

1.Funding Categories:

General scholar: applicable to current undergraduates or master students.

Senior scholar: applicable to current Ph.D students or faculties.

2.Duration :1-12 months, start study in China no later than August 31, 2025.

3.Working Language : English or Chinese.

4.Study/Research Fields : All disciplines other than Chinese language study.

Ⅱ Eligibility

1.Be a citizen of a country other than the People's Republic of China, good moral character and academic excellence and be in good health, both mentally and physically.

2.Be under 45 years of age when applying for general scholars.

Be under 50 years of age when applying for senior scholars.

3. Be registered as a full-time student or employed as a full-time academic staff at CSC's foreign partner universities at the time of application and throughout their proposed stay in China.

Ⅲ Requirement

1. Each recommended faculty and school should conduct a comprehensive review of the applicant's altitude towards China, academic performance, research ability, language proficiency, health status, and no criminal record in accordance with our University's international student enrollment requirements and regulations, and recommend candidates who meet the requirements;

2. The enrollment and admission work of this program is fully based on the Type B Program process of the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System;

3. There is no limit to the number of recommended candidates, and the specific scholarship admission results shall be subject to the notification of the China Scholarship Council;

4. Deadlines for faculties and schools to nominate scholarship candidates to SIE are April 11, June 15, September 15, and December 15. 2025, occurring four times for this call.

Ⅳ Funding

The funding standards shall be implemented in accordance with the current CSC funding standards for general or senior scholar.

Ⅴ Application Process

For faculties or schools interested in recommending, please fill out the "List of Candidates for DUT 2025 China Link Scholarship Program" (Appendix 2), and send the candidate list form (Excel version) and the candidate list form (PDF version) stamped with the seal to before 17:00 on April 1, June 15, September 15, and December 15, 2025 to shichen02@dlut.edu.cn.
